Dates & Deadlines

After submitting the short abstract of your presentation through our web interface your are automatically pre-registered. You will receive a short note of acceptance about 6 weeks later, informing you about the type of your presentation (oral, poster). If accepted, your abstract will be published in the list of abstracts.

You will then have 6 more weeks before the workshop registration will be closed. Please note that registration is required for submitting your extended abstract. We plan to publish all extended abstracts in the conference proceedings, and distribute them before the start of the workshop.
